Enterprise Effectiveness I

Enterprise effectiveness refers to the capability of an enterprise to successfully carry out its business and organizational activities. It is assessed based on stakeholders' perceptions and evaluated across three key dimensions:

  • Core Visibility – Insight into the enterprise's environment, influenced by political, economic, social, technological, and environmental trends. ​It focuses on understanding what defines the enterprise and drives its actions. ​Observed through workspace and workplace factors that create viability and vitality. ​
  • Workspace Viability – Focuses on business dimensions influenced by competitive forces, customer demands, social trends, technological advancements, and legal requirements. ​It emphasizes the enterprise's ability to adapt to external pressures, meet customer demands, and leverage competitive advantages, ultimately driving growth and profitability. Observed through Strategies, Business model and capabilities.
  • Workplace Vitality – Assesses organizational dimensions influenced by work/life experiences, relationships, financial status, and health and well-being. ​It focuses on fostering professional and personal behaviors that create a supportive workplace. ​Observed through behaviors and relationships that foster a positive and healthy work environment. ​

The measurement involves analyzing responses from participants to determine the enterprise's performance in these areas. ​Specific scores for core visibility, workspace viability, and workplace vitality are calculated based on the assessment results. ​

The assessment identifies "hot spots" of opportunities and "focus areas" for improvement, rather than providing an in-depth evaluation. It aims to highlight areas for further detailed analysis to enhance enterprise performance. ​
